Who am I?

Dr. Victor TSAMO

Dr. Victor TSAMO is a lecturer-researcher in public law, specialized in environmental law, human rights, and administrative litigation. Holder of a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Public Law obtained with Highest Honors from the University of Dschang (Cameroon), he serves as a teaching assistant at the Department of Public International Law and Community Law of that university, where he delivers lectures, participates in academic assessments, and contributes to student training.

Author of several scientific publications and a book dedicated to the relationship between public works and environmental protection, he conducts research on public law, environmental law, human rights, and public governance.

His career is also marked by several academic distinctions, notably a prize at the CAMES University Olympiads in law, rewarding the excellence of his research work. He also serves as a trainer in human rights litigation and puts his expertise at the service of legal training and research in Africa.

The institution is also officially recognized by the Ministry of Vocational Training under authorization no. 000306/MENICFP/SG/DGFP/DFP, which enables it to train and issue training certificates as well as diplomas at Bac+2 level, notably the DTS.
Who awards Bachelor's, Master's, and MBA degrees?
UNIVGA is authorized to directly issue training certificates and diplomas at Bac+2 level (DTS). For higher-level diplomas — Professional License, Bachelor, Professional Master, MBA, DBA — they are issued by our local or international partner universities. This collaboration ensures broader academic recognition.

Yes. Where is UNIVGA physically located?
The headquarters of GROUPE UNIVGA is located in Libreville, Gabon — Nzeng-Ayong District, Chantier Moderne, top floor, door on the right of the tiled building opposite Plaisance. Although teaching is 100% online, a physical presence allows for the reception of students, the collection of registration documents, and the payment of fees.
How does a lesson actually work on the platform?
Each lesson is structured in progressive steps. You start with the Essentials of the course (text + audio + downloadable PDF), including practical cases, FAQs, and preparation questions. Then, you validate 3 mandatory activities: Key Points, Situational Analysis, and Evaluation. All 3 activities must be completed to unlock the next lesson.
Are the courses downloadable and accessible offline?
Yes. Each lesson includes an audio course and a downloadable PDF containing the entire written content. You can therefore review offline, while on the go, or without internet access.
What documents do I need to provide to register?
For a certification course, a copy of your ID is sufficient. For a degree course: certificate or diploma of the Baccalauréat, ID, and recent passport photo, plus supporting documents according to the level (Bac+2, Bachelor's, Master's...). Payment for degree courses is made after the administration validates the application.
How do I submit my registration documents?
You can submit your documents online via the pre-registration form at univga.org/preinscription/, or you can go to the headquarters of Groupe UNIVGA in Libreville. In both cases, your documents will be verified before official validation.
What are the accepted payment methods?
UNIVGA accepts several payment methods: Mobile Money, online payment on the website, payment in person at the Libreville headquarters, or international transfer. For the exact details suited to your payment method, contact the administration via univga.org.
How long after payment do the classes begin?
Courses generally start between 1 and 3 business days after payment confirmation. This timeframe allows the administration to finalize your file, create your student account, and set up your access to the platform.
How do video conferencing sessions with teachers typically go?
For degree courses, live sessions (Zoom or Google Meet) are scheduled according to your personalized academic calendar. They include course explanations, Q&A, and monitored assignments. Links will be sent to you by email. This calendar will be provided to you upon registration — the administration organizes the connection with your teacher.
What is the personalized academic calendar?
Once your registration is validated, a personalized academic calendar will be provided to you. It defines the course periods, dates for video conference sessions, monitored assignments, and, if applicable, the defense. You benefit from serious follow-up while maintaining the flexibility of online learning.
Can I register during the year?
Yes, registrations are open year-round thanks to UNIVGA's digital format. Your academic calendar is established based on your actual registration date, allowing you to start at any time.
What is the difference between a certification course and a degree course?
Degree courses (Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, DBA) include comprehensive human support: dedicated teachers, video conference sessions, academic calendar, monitored assignments, and defense for certain levels. Certification courses are more autonomous, open without prerequisites, with a maximum duration of 3 months, providing administrative support and automated corrections.
