Course materials will be shared, readings and videos will also be used to achieve the objectives of this MBA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Career opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the end of the training, graduates will be able to integrate:<br \/>\nCareers as strategy consultants, in organizational diagnosis, in innovation, or hold senior management positions in organizations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To successfully complete the MBA in Strategic Management and Innovation, the candidate must be able to read and understand English and master computer skills, specifically MS Excel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Upon completion of their training, graduates of the private virtual university of Gabon will be able to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a bankable business plan,<\/li>\n<li>Identify new opportunities,<\/li>\n<li>Conduct strategic analysis and reflection,<\/li>\n<li>Optimize the company's operations,<\/li>\n<li>Use multi-criteria decision-making methods,<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate human resource management practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le MBA en Management Strat\u00e9gique et Innovation vise \u00e0 doter des comp\u00e9tences pratiques aux \u00e9tudiants qui leur permettront de faire progresser leurs organisations.
