Competitiveness requires skills aligned with the best international standards, and professionalization of engineering firms, EPC, operators, and authorities.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>UNIVGA method<\/strong> is 100% online, asynchronous, 5\u20138 hours\/week over 4 months, with real African case studies (Atlantic coasts, Gulf of Guinea), sizing calculations, and financial modeling. The deliverables aim for immediate applicability: calculation notes for fixed\/floating foundations, HVAC\/HVDC cable files and offshore substations, installation\/logistics plans for vessels (CTV, SOV, jack-up), HSE procedures, condition-based O&amp;M strategies, and bankability risk matrices.<\/p>\n<p>At the end, you will be operational to evolve towards the functions of<strong>renewable energy study engineer<\/strong>, <strong>solar\/wind\/hydro project manager<\/strong>, <strong>EPC Manager<\/strong>, <strong>Power Plant Operator<\/strong>, <strong>O&amp;M Manager<\/strong>, <strong>Certified Installer<\/strong>, <strong>Energy Business Manager<\/strong>, <strong>renewable energy consultant<\/strong> or <strong>Energy Auditor<\/strong>The UNIVGA Professional Certificate is recognized by energy operators (ENEO, SEEG, SNE, ENERCA), international IPPs and EPCs (TotalEnergies Renewables, ENGIE Africa, AMEA Power, GreenYellow, Scatec), national electrification agencies, and donors (AfDB, AFD, Proparco, IFC, KfW, World Bank, GET.invest), as well as consulting firms in CEMAC and Francophone Africa.
