This certificate addresses these challenges by articulating <strong>Wood Construction &amp; Architecture<\/strong> (MOB, CLT, post-beam, BLC), sustainability, traceability, site safety, and industrialization from a perspective of <strong>bioeconomy<\/strong> and local value creation.<\/p>\n<p>The method <strong>UNIVGA<\/strong> is 100% online, asynchronous, 5\u20138 hours\/week, with case studies from African sites and workshops (ZES Nkok, CEMAC sawmills, wood EPC). You will practice cubing and sawing plans, modeling Cadwork\/Revit\/IFC, sizing according to <strong>Eurocode 5 \/ DTU 31.2 \/ NF B 52-010<\/strong>, optimizing prefabrication, quality-safety, and compliance. <strong>FSC, PEFC, OIBT, FCBA, CTBA, ATIBT<\/strong>The sequences cover the complete chain: <strong>forest \u2192 sawmill \u2192 drying \u2192 grading \u2192 workshop \u2192 site \u2192 export.<\/strong>Each module translates international standards into immediately applicable procedures in the forest, sawmill, carpentry\/cabinetmaking\/framing, on site, or in the design office.<\/p>\n<p>At the end, you will be operational to evolve as a forestry\/wood engineer, site manager, sawmill operator, wood grader, qualified carpenter, art cabinetmaker, frame\/wood structure installer, designer\/structural engineer and <strong>BIM wood<\/strong>, certification manager <strong>FSC<\/strong>, auditor <strong>APV\u2011FLEGT<\/strong>, export manager, or workshop manager in ZES. The <strong>Professional Certificate UNIVGA<\/strong> is designed to be recognized by operators (Rougier, Precious Woods CEB, Olam, CBG), the industries of Nkok, wood EPCs, design offices, the Ministries of Water and Forests, the ANPN, the MINFOF, and funders (BAD, AFD, Proparco, IFC) in CEMAC and Francophone Africa.
