Designed to respond to the explosion of social networks in French-speaking Africa (200+ million Facebook users, 100+ million TikTok, LinkedIn growth) and the professionalization of the community manager role, this training is delivered 100% online. It combines the rigor of a university education in digital communication with the operational nature of a practical position.<\/p>\n

Market challenges and career opportunities<\/h3>\n

Digital represents over 30% of the communication budgets of major African brands. The role of community manager has become a strategic position. Banks, telecoms, insurance, consumer brands, e-commerce, NGOs, political parties, digital agencies (and freelancers) are constantly hiring. Year 2 \u2014 Social media strategy and content creation.<\/strong> Social media strategy (objectives, editorial line, calendar), Meta (Facebook, Instagram) \u2014 algorithms, formats, pages and profiles, TikTok and short platform culture, LinkedIn and B2B social selling, X\/Twitter, Threads, Bluesky, YouTube and long formats, advanced graphic content creation (Canva Pro, Photoshop, Figma), video content (Premiere Rush, CapCut, mobile editing).<\/p>\n

Year 3 \u2014 Specialization in performance, influence, and e-reputation.<\/strong> KPI and analytics (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Brandwatch, Mention), social media advertising (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), influence marketing (sourcing, contracts, ROI measurement), crisis management and e-reputation (bad buzz, fake news, moderation), social listening and competitive monitoring, generative AI for content (ChatGPT, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Sora), digital entrepreneurship and freelancing. The program concludes with a supervised professional thesis, presented orally via videoconference before an academic jury.<\/p>\n
