Le Bachelor of Science (BSc) en Droit des Affaires & OHADA d’UNIVGA est un cursus universitaire complet de 3 ans (180 ECTS) qui forme des juristes d’entreprise polyvalents capables d’accompagner une PME, un cabinet d’avocats ou un service juridique d’entreprise dans toutes les op\u00e9rations courantes du droit des affaires : contrats, soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, recouvrement, contentieux, conformit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Designed to meet the needs of African businesses for operational lawyers mastering the OHADA environment and its corpus of 10 uniform acts, this training is delivered 100% online. It combines the rigor of a university education in law with the operationality of a legal assistant position in a law firm or corporate legal department.<\/p>\n

OHADA law now structures the legal environment of 17 African countries. Companies, banks, insurance firms, law firms, notaries, and public institutions actively recruit operational lawyers capable of drafting contracts, supporting company creation, managing collections, and ensuring regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n

Curriculum pedagogical structure<\/h3>\n

Year 1 \u2014 Legal Fundamentals.<\/strong> General introduction to law, civil law (persons, property, obligations), constitutional law, history of law, legal methodology (case study, dissertation, case comment), legal English, professional written communication.<\/p>\n

Year 2 - Advanced Business Law.<\/strong> OHADA business law, OHADA company law, special contracts law, OHADA labor law, business tax law, banking and payment methods law, legal English for business.<\/p>\n

Year 3 \u2014 Business Law Practical Specialization.<\/strong> OHADA collective proceedings (prevention, recovery, liquidation), stock market and financial markets law (introduction), compliance, AML-CFT and anti-corruption, CCJA arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods, digital law and personal data protection, legal AI (legal tech). The program concludes with a supervised professional thesis, defended orally via videoconference before an academic jury.<\/p>\n
