Le programme couvre l’ensemble du cycle financier : analyse de la performance, financement, investissement, tr\u00e9sorerie, fiscalit\u00e9 et reporting.<\/p>\n

It combines a solid mastery of OHADA accounting and tax fundamentals with modern corporate finance skills: Excel modeling, business planning, financing choices, foreign exchange risk management, cash optimization, and management reporting.<\/p>\n

Year 2 \u2014 Financial deepening.<\/strong> Advanced accounting SYSCOHADA, financial analysis (SIG, ratios, CAF, BFR), introduction to financial markets, corporate taxation, analytical accounting, payroll management, corporate law OHADA, and business English.<\/p>\n

Year 3 \u2014 Specialization in corporate finance.<\/strong> In-depth financial diagnosis and business valuation, investment choices (NPV, IRR, payback), financing structure and choices, cash management and foreign exchange risk, budgetary management control, advanced Excel financial modeling, international taxation, and financial reporting. The program concludes with the writing of a supervised professional thesis, presented orally via videoconference before an academic jury.<\/p>\n
