The Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Management & Administration from UNIVGA is a comprehensive 3-year university program (180 ECTS) that trains versatile profiles capable of taking charge of the general administration and operational management of an African business, SME, or institution. The program covers the fundamentals of management, OHADA accounting, business law, management control, and corporate strategy.<\/p>\n

Designed to meet the needs of SMEs, VSEs, NGOs, and public institutions in search of structured and versatile administrative profiles, this training is delivered 100% online. It combines the rigor of university training with the operational nature of a position as an executive assistant or versatile management officer.<\/p>\n

Market challenges and career opportunities<\/h3>\n

African SMEs and micro-enterprises represent over 80% of the regional economic fabric and actively seek administrative profiles capable of handling multiple functions at once (accounting, HR, purchasing, executive secretariat, commercial follow-up). Public institutions, NGOs, and consulting firms also recruit versatile management officers.<\/p>\n

Curriculum pedagogical structure<\/h3>\n

Year 1 \u2014 Fundamentals of Management and Business.<\/strong> Introduction to management, organizational theories, OHADA accounting, financial mathematics, general economics, statistics, professional English, written and oral communication, professional office skills.<\/p>\n

Year 2 \u2014 Deepening administrative management.<\/strong> OHADA business law, administrative management and executive secretarial work, advanced accounting, budget management, purchasing and inventory management, customer relationship management, business English, corporate communication.<\/p>\n

Year 3 \u2014 Specialization in management and strategy.<\/strong> Management control and dashboards, operational team management, business strategy, governance and compliance, CSR and non-financial reporting, AI applied to business management, internal audit. The curriculum concludes with a supervised professional thesis, presented orally via videoconference before an academic jury.<\/p>\n
