The Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Trade & Customs Transit from UNIVGA is a comprehensive 3-year university program (180 ECTS) that trains professionals capable of managing import-export flows, handling customs transit operations, and leading international prospecting. The program covers international economics, contractual techniques, multimodal logistics, international trade financing, and mastery of CEMAC and UEMOA customs regulations.<\/p>\n

Designed to meet the needs of African companies focused on export and import, customs-transit firms, shipping and airline companies, this training is delivered 100% online. It combines theoretical fundamentals in international economics and marketing with operational mastery of Incoterms 2020, documentary credit, customs clearance (SYDONIA WORLD), and the international supply chain.<\/p>\n

Market challenges and career opportunities<\/h3>\n

The increasing integration of African economies into global trade (AfCFTA, EU-Africa agreements, Asia-Africa partnerships) creates a strong demand for operational profiles capable of managing international flows. Customs-transit firms, freight forwarders, importers-distributors, exporters of raw materials and agricultural products, shipping companies, and port terminals are actively recruiting.<\/p>\n

Curriculum pedagogical structure<\/h3>\n

Year 1 \u2014 Economic and legal fundamentals.<\/strong> International economics, fundamental marketing, OHADA accounting, financial mathematics, statistics, general English, OHADA commercial law, professional office automation.<\/p>\n

Year 2 \u2014 International deepening.<\/strong> International marketing, business English, Incoterms 2020, international trade law, basic logistics, international transport, economic geography, international taxation (introduction).<\/p>\n

Year 3 \u2014 Specialization in transit-customs and import-export.<\/strong> CEMAC\/UEMOA Customs Code, customs clearance with SYDONIA WORLD, international trade financing (documentary credit, guarantees), management of an import-export operation, multimodal transport and supply chain, intercultural negotiation, cross-border e-commerce and international marketplaces. The curriculum concludes with a supervised professional thesis, presented orally via videoconference before an academic jury.<\/p>\n

Import-export officer, junior customs declarant, transit agent, export sales representative, operations officer at a freight forwarder, international supplier portfolio manager, maritime or air sales agent.
