It combines theoretical fundamentals (monetary economics, financial mathematics, OHADA accounting) with the operational skills expected by recruiters: retail banking products, life and non-life bancassurance according to the CIMA code, IFRS 9 and provisioning of receivables, anti-money laundering (AML-CFT), COBAC prudential reporting, and support for the digitalization of financial services.<\/p>\n<h3>Market challenges and career opportunities<\/h3>\n<p>The African banking and financial sector is experiencing sustained growth driven by banking, financial inclusion, and digital transformation (mobile money, neo-banks, digital agencies). Pan-African banking groups, CIMA insurance companies, and microfinance institutions are actively recruiting operational profiles trained in local standards (OHADA, COBAC, CIMA) and international standards (IFRS, Basel III).
