Le Bachelor of Science (BSc) en Entrepreneuriat & Gestion de PME d’UNIVGA est un cursus universitaire complet de 3 ans (180 ECTS) qui forme des entrepreneurs, repreneurs d’entreprise et dirigeants de PME africaines capables de cr\u00e9er, structurer, financer et faire cro\u00eetre leur entreprise. Le programme couvre les fondamentaux du management, le business model, l’\u00e9tude de march\u00e9, la gestion financi\u00e8re de la PME, la fiscalit\u00e9, les sources de financement et la croissance.<\/p>\n

Designed to meet the entrepreneurial growth in Africa and the need for structuring growing micro and small enterprises (MSEs\/SMEs), this training is delivered 100% online. It combines the rigor of university training with entrepreneurial practice (ideation, validation, pitch, financing, scale-up).<\/p>\n

Market challenges and career opportunities<\/h3>\n

L’Afrique est l’un des continents les plus entrepreneuriaux au monde. Mais les TPE\/PME peinent \u00e0 passer le cap des 3-5 ans faute de structuration, de gestion financi\u00e8re et de strat\u00e9gie de croissance. Ce cursus vise \u00e0 former des entrepreneurs et dirigeants outill\u00e9s pour p\u00e9renniser et d\u00e9velopper leur entreprise, ainsi que des consultants et coachs entrepreneuriaux.<\/p>\n

Curriculum pedagogical structure<\/h3>\n

Year 1 \u2014 Fundamentals of Management and Business.<\/strong> Introduction to management, organizational theories, OHADA accounting, financial mathematics, general economics, statistics, professional English, written and oral communication, professional office skills.<\/p>\n

Year 2 \u2014 Entrepreneurial methodologies.<\/strong> OHADA Company Law and Business Creation, Business Model Canvas and Lean Startup, Entrepreneurial Market Study, Entrepreneurial Marketing, Advanced Accounting, Budget Management for SMEs, Commercial Negotiation, Business English.<\/p>\n

Year 3 \u2014 Specialization in management and growth.<\/strong> Advanced financial management for SMEs (working capital, cash flow, financing), taxation for micro and small enterprises (simplified regime, normal, corporate tax, personal income tax), fundraising (microcredit, business angels, banks, fintech), digital for SMEs (website, e-commerce, social networks), AI for entrepreneurs, growth strategy and internationalization, African entrepreneurial ecosystem. The program concludes with a supervised professional thesis (ideally: detailed business plan) presented orally via videoconference before an academic jury.<\/p>\n

Entrepreneur, business acquirer, leader of MSEs\/SMEs, development officer in incubators, business creation advisor (chambers of commerce, BPI Africa), junior consultant in SME strategy, support officer in accelerators. Continuation in Master's in Entrepreneurship or MBA in Management.<\/p>\n
