Le Bachelor of Science (BSc) en Fiscalit\u00e9 d’Entreprise & Douanes d’UNIVGA est un cursus universitaire complet de 3 ans (180 ECTS) qui forme des techniciens de la fiscalit\u00e9 directement op\u00e9rationnels en entreprise, en cabinet d’expertise comptable et fiscale, ou dans les administrations fiscales et douani\u00e8res. Le programme couvre la fiscalit\u00e9 directe et indirecte des entreprises, le code des douanes des espaces \u00e9conomiques r\u00e9gionaux (CEMAC, UEMOA), la fiscalit\u00e9 internationale, l’optimisation l\u00e9gale et le contentieux.<\/p>\n

Curriculum pedagogical structure<\/h3>\n

Year 1 \u2014 Accounting, legal, and economic fundamentals.<\/strong> OHADA accounting, introduction to tax law and business law, business economics, financial mathematics, statistics, administrative organization and professional office management.<\/p>\n

Year 2 \u2014 Advanced taxation.<\/strong> Direct taxation (IS, IRPP, withholding taxes), indirect taxation (VAT, excise duties, local taxes), advanced SYSCOHADA accounting, OHADA company law, introduction to customs law, payroll taxation, and legal tax English.<\/p>\n

Year 3 \u2014 Specialization in taxation-customs.<\/strong> International taxation and conventions, transfer pricing and group taxation, CEMAC\/UEMOA customs code and import-export procedures, tax and customs litigation, legal tax optimization, e-tax and online declarations, tax audit and corporate tax reporting. The curriculum concludes with a supervised professional thesis, presented orally via videoconference before an academic jury.<\/p>\n
