Le Bachelor of Science (BSc) en Droit du Travail & Relations Sociales d’UNIVGA est un cursus universitaire complet de 3 ans (180 ECTS) qui forme des juristes droit social, gestionnaires paie, assistants RH sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s relations sociales et conseillers en droit du travail capables d’intervenir en entreprise, cabinet d’avocats, inspection du travail ou organisations syndicales.<\/p>\n

Designed to meet the needs of the African labor market (national labor codes, ILO conventions, OHADA Uniform Act on Labor Law currently being adopted), this training is delivered 100% online. It combines the rigor of a university legal education with the operationality of a social lawyer position in a company.<\/p>\n

Market challenges and career opportunities<\/h3>\n

The management of social litigation, the strict application of labor codes, and the securing of relations with employee representatives have become critical functions. Industrial groups, banks, telecoms, mining and oil companies are actively recruiting social law jurists. Specialized law firms and labor inspections are also hiring.<\/p>\n

Curriculum pedagogical structure<\/h3>\n

Year 1 \u2014 Legal Fundamentals.<\/strong> Introduction to law, constitutional law, civil law (persons, property), law of obligations (contracts, liability), judicial institutions, legal methodology (case study, commentary on decisions), legal English, written and oral communication.<\/p>\n

Year 2 \u2014 Individual and Collective Labor Law.<\/strong> Sources of labor law (law, collective agreement, usage), formation and execution of the employment contract (fixed-term, permanent, temporary, subcontracting), working hours and leave, salary and benefits, modification and termination of the contract (dismissal, resignation, mutual termination), unions and employee representation, collective bargaining, right to strike, labor criminal law.<\/p>\n

Year 3 \u2014 Specialization in Operational Social Law.<\/strong> Social security law (CNSS, CNAMGS, AT\/MP, retirement), payroll: calculation, payslips, declarations, labor litigation (labor court procedure, conciliation, arbitration), social audit and regulatory compliance, management of social plans and restructuring, AI and HR automation (payroll, time management, dashboards), professional ethics. The program concludes with a supervised professional thesis, defended orally via videoconference before an academic jury.<\/p>\n

Social law jurist in a company, payroll manager, HR assistant specialized in social relations, collaborator in a social law law firm, labor inspection officer, legal advisor in a trade union organization, junior consultant in social audit.
