Designed to meet the dynamics of the African event sector (brand launches, sector conferences, cultural festivals, B2B fairs, political and institutional events), this training is delivered 100% online. It combines the rigor of a university education in communication with the operationality of an event project manager position.<\/p>\n

Event budgets are growing significantly in French-speaking Africa: telecom and banking launches, sector fairs (Africa Tech, Africa CEO Forum), cultural festivals (FESPACO, MASA), international forums. Curriculum pedagogical structure<\/h3>\n

Year 1 \u2014 Fundamentals of communication and management.<\/strong> Communication theories, audience sociology, basic event marketing, professional writing, visual semiotics, professional English, project management, simple accounting and budgets, advanced office skills.<\/p>\n

Year 2 \u2014 Event engineering and logistics.<\/strong> Engineering an event (life cycle, milestones, deliverables), scenographic design and visitor experience, technical logistics (sound, light, video, stage), event production (management, teams, service providers), event security and safety plan, event communication (before, during, after), applicable law (contracts for artists, venues, insurance, permits).<\/p>\n

Year 3 \u2014 Specialization in premium and digital events.<\/strong> Sponsorship, patronage and partnerships, digital and hybrid events (Zoom Events, Hopin, custom platforms), immersive visitor experience (augmented reality, mapping, IoT), event ROI measurement and client reporting, AI and event tech (networking matching, chatbots, leads), responsible event management and carbon footprint, event crisis management, professional ethics. The program concludes with a supervised professional thesis, presented orally via videoconference before an academic jury.<\/p>\n
