Many choose to become independent consultants, offering audit, training, and consulting missions in sustainable viticulture and agroecology. Furthermore, the rise of wine tourism and environmental certification initiatives (HVE, organic farming, Terra Vitis) opens opportunities in project management, terroir marketing, and the organization of wine events.<\/p>\n<p>With the rise of export markets and the enthusiasm for organic and sustainable wines, professionals trained in innovative practices (precision viticulture, integrated pest management, agroecology) are increasingly sought after.
