A practical dimension is often integrated through case studies, simulations of labor court disputes, and sometimes an internship in a law firm or company.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1779\">It is aimed at law students, human resources professionals, and anyone wishing to specialize in the legal management of personnel.
