The program covers the fundamentals of management, OHADA labor law, personnel administration, and the digitalization of the HR function.<\/p>\n

It combines the academic rigor of a university education with the daily operational aspects of an HR position (payroll, contracts, recruitment, annual reviews, GPEC).<\/p>\n

Curriculum pedagogical structure<\/h3>\n

Year 1 \u2014 Fundamentals of Management and Business.<\/strong> Introduction to management, organizational theories, OHADA accounting, business economics, statistics, professional English, written and oral communication, professional office skills.<\/p>\n

Year 2 \u2014 Deepening HR.<\/strong> OHADA labor law and CCNT, employment contracts, recruitment and employer branding, personnel administration, basic payroll (Sage Payroll \/ Odoo HR), evaluation interviews, training and development, HR English.<\/p>\n

Year 3 \u2014 Specialization in strategic HR and digitalization.<\/strong> GPEC and skills management, advanced payroll and social declarations (CNSS, IRPP), QVT and prevention of psychosocial risks, social negotiation and relations with employee representatives, advanced HRIS, AI applied to HR (recruitment, automation), HR management (dashboards, social audit). The program concludes with a supervised professional thesis, presented orally via videoconference before an academic jury.<\/p>\n
