The main objective of this unit is to allow you to choose the topic of your thesis and start your research work at the beginning of the year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>List of research topics in Business Law<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Students of the UNIVGA GROUP are invited to choose a thesis topic from the subjects below.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>NB<\/strong> : <span style=\"color: #800000\">This list is a proposal of topics that the <strong>UNIVGA Group<\/strong> provides to its students. The choice is not mandatory. Students also have the option to propose a topic they would like to work on.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>1. The impact of Brexit on international commercial contracts between the UK and the EU.<\/em><br \/><em>2. The evolution of bankruptcy law in response to the economic crisis induced by COVID-19.<\/em><br \/><em>3. Comparative analysis of antitrust regulations in Europe and the United States.<\/em><br \/><em>4. The role of law in protecting technological innovations by startups.<\/em><br \/><em>5. The effectiveness of online consumer protection laws in the European Union.<\/em><br \/><em>6. The legal challenges of cryptocurrency transactions for traditional businesses.<\/em><br \/><em>7. The legal implications of remote work for businesses and employees.<\/em><br \/><em>8. Intellectual property law and its impact on international trade.<\/em><br \/><em>9. The legal aspects of crowdfunding for businesses in Europe.<\/em><br \/><em>10. Data protection regulations (GDPR) and their impact on international businesses.<\/em><br \/><em>11. The legal challenges of cross-border mergers and acquisitions.<\/em><br \/><em>12. The influence of environmental standards on international business practices.<\/em><br \/><em>13. It is therefore essential to start your research work as early as possible to meet this deadline.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A pedagogical supervisor will be assigned to you during the year to guide you in your progress.
