What is VAE?<\/h3>\n
\n
\n

The Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)<\/strong> allows for the examination of a pathway professional, association, or volunteer<\/strong> for a degree. At UNIVGA, this is a support<\/strong> : the team assists in compiling the file. The decision belongs to the jury. If the jury validates the file, the degree is awarded jointly by AEES and UNIVGA GROUP.<\/p>\n

The support concerns degrees in Bachelor, MSc and MBA<\/strong>. It does not guarantee the obtaining of the degree.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

The steps of a VAE at UNIVGA<\/h3>\n

Our VAE support is structured in nine steps<\/strong>, identical to those in the candidate guide available in your \" My VAE \" space. The process generally lasts 5 to 6 months<\/strong>, from the submission of the application to the jury's decision. This timeframe is indicative : it depends on the file and the jury's schedule.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

    Pre-admissibility (free)<\/div>\n
    You complete the online form (5 to 10 minutes): experience, degree sought, contact information. You receive immediately<\/strong> an acknowledgment of receipt with your file number. The administration reviews your application (48 to 72 hours): if you are pre-eligible<\/strong>, you will receive your credentials and access to Booklet 1 \u2014 no fees at this stage.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    Submission of complete file (Booklet 1)<\/div>\n
    Your completion of the Booklet 1<\/strong> and upload the supporting documents: ID, detailed resume, diplomas, employer certificates, contracts, job descriptions. As long as the file is not complete, its status will remain \u00abSubmission in progress\u00bb.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    Admissibility ruling<\/div>\n
    The administration is reviewing your complete file (under 48 to 72 hours<\/strong>) and statue on its admissibility. You receive a notification: file receivable<\/strong> (you move on to the next step) or inadmissible<\/strong> (communicated motifs).<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    Engagement & 1are<\/sup> payment<\/div>\n
    You are digitally signing the support agreement<\/strong> and set the tranche 1<\/strong> directly online. A VAE advisor is assigned to you and sets with you an indicative schedule<\/strong>.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    Support and drafting of Booklet 2<\/div>\n
    With your supervisor, you are writing the report that Demonstrate your skills<\/strong> in relation to the diploma's reference framework \u2014 the core of the VAE. It is the longest step in the process (approximately 3 to 4 months<\/strong>) : sessions, reviews, and progressive submission in your candidate space.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    Brochure 2 & 2 Deposite<\/sup> payment<\/div>\n
    You are handing in your Booklet 2 finalized<\/strong> and set the tranche 2<\/strong>. The status changes to \u00abBooklet 2 submitted\u00bb: your file enters the pre-jury review phase.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    Instructions from the rapporteurs<\/div>\n
    Teacher-rapporteurs analyze your Portfolio 2 and write a Instruction report<\/strong> Objective for the jury. You remain available for any further clarification.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    Validation Committee<\/div>\n
    You are convoked<\/strong> on the scheduled date (video call or in person), settle the tranche 3<\/strong> if required, you present and defend your case before a jury of academics and professionals.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    Jury's verdict<\/div>\n
    The jury deliberates and renders its decision: Total validation<\/strong> or partial validation<\/strong> (with prescriptions, if applicable). The signed minutes<\/strong> is made available to you. In case of validation, the degree is awarded jointly by AEES and UNIVGA GROUP.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n <\/ol>\n\n \n

    Booklet 1<\/div>\n
    Administrative admissibility<\/div>\n

    The Booklet 1<\/strong> is a short file that demonstrates you meet the legal requirements to enter VAE. It includes: your identity, your detailed professional background, proof of experience (contracts, employer attestations, pay stubs, job descriptions).<\/p>\n

    The objective is only to validate your eligibility to apply<\/strong>. Its writing generally takes between 4 and 8 hours, spread over 1 to 2 weeks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
