This policy describes the data collected, the purposes, the recipients, the retention periods, and the rights you have. Data Collected<\/h3>\n                <p>Depending on the interactions, UNIVGA may collect:<\/p>\n                <ul>\n                    <li><strong>Identity and contact<\/strong>&nbsp;: civility, last name, first name, email, phone, country, city, postal address if applicable, date of birth if required for a file.<\/li>\n                    <li><strong>Training project<\/strong>&nbsp;: targeted program, level of education, professional situation, motivations, registration documents (diplomas, photos, identity documents when required).<\/li>\n                    <li><strong>Educational record<\/strong>&nbsp;: registrations, modules taken, educational connections, grades, assignments, projects, correspondence with teachers, disciplinary decisions.<\/li>\n                    <li><strong>Payment<\/strong>&nbsp;: amount, method, transaction reference, status. Card numbers are processed by service providers (Stripe, PayPal, Mobile Money operators) and are not stored by UNIVGA.<\/li>\n                    <li><strong>Account and technical log<\/strong>&nbsp;: identifiers, login history, pages viewed, IP address, type of device and browser, language, security logs.<\/li>\n                    <li><strong>Newsletter and forms<\/strong>&nbsp;: email, message, any attached document, associated consent.<\/li>\n                    <li><strong>Applications from teachers or partners<\/strong>&nbsp;: CV, diplomas, experiences, documents provided spontaneously.<\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n                <p>\n                    UNIVGA does not request health data, political or religious opinions, unless you voluntarily communicate them in a message. In this case, they are only used to process your request.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <h3 class=\"uab-history__subtitle\" id=\"pv-3\">3. Purposes<\/h3>\n                <p>The data is used to:<\/p>\n                <ul>\n                    <li>to create and manage your account, your registration, and your studies&nbsp;;<\/li>\n                    <li>to deliver training, assessments, certificates, and diplomas&nbsp;;<\/li>\n                    <li>collect fees, issue receipts, and prevent fraud;<\/li>\n                    <li>respond to your requests (contact, support, complaints);<\/li>\n                    <li>ensure the security of the Platform and the continuity of the service;<\/li>\n                    <li>establish learning and usage statistics to improve the offerings;<\/li>\n                    <li>to send the newsletter or information about similar training, if you have consented or within permitted limits&nbsp;;<\/li>\n                    <li>comply with legal obligations (accounting, academic proof, responses to competent authorities).<\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n\n                <h3 class=\"uab-history__subtitle\" id=\"pv-4\">4. Bases du traitement<\/h3>\n                <p>Depending on the case, the processing is based on&nbsp;:<\/p>\n                <ul>\n                    <li>the<strong>execution of the contract<\/strong> (registration, campus, exams, payment)&nbsp;;<\/li>\n                    <li>one <strong>legal obligation<\/strong> (invoicing, retention of certain documents, response to an authority)&nbsp;;<\/li>\n                    <li>the<strong>legitimate interest<\/strong> of UNIVGA (security, service improvement, defense of its rights), balanced with your interests&nbsp;;<\/li>\n                    <li>your <strong>consent<\/strong>, when required (non-essential cookies, newsletter, certain transfers).<\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n                <p>\n                    You can withdraw consent at any time, without\n                    affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out\n                    before the withdrawal, and without preventing the execution of a\n                    contract already formed.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <h3 class=\"uab-history__subtitle\" id=\"pv-5\">5. Recipients<\/h3>\n                <p>\n                    The data is accessible to the relevant UNIVGA services\n                    (studies, pedagogy, finance, support,\n                    management). It may be transmitted, to the\n                    strict extent necessary&nbsp;:\n                <\/p>\n                <ul>\n                    <li>to technical service providers (hosting, payment, messaging, analysis tools)&nbsp;;<\/li>\n                    <li>to partner institutions or organizations, when the course, an exam, or a qualification requires it&nbsp;;<\/li>\n                    <li>to a Funder (employer, organization) if you have requested it or if the agreement provides for it&nbsp;;<\/li>\n                    <li>to competent authorities, if required by law or to assert a right.<\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n                <p>\n                    UNIVGA does not sell or rent your data to third\n                    parties for marketing purposes. In the event of reorganization\n                    or transfer of activity, the necessary data\n                    may be transferred to the successor, with the\n                    same purpose.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <h3 class=\"uab-history__subtitle\" id=\"pv-6\">6. Transfers outside Gabon<\/h3>\n                <p>\n                    Certain operations may involve servers\n                    or providers located outside Gabon, notably\n                    in the United Kingdom or the European Union (entity\n                    UNIVGA Ltd, payment, hosting, or messaging tools). These transfers only occur if they\n                    are necessary for the service and are framed by\n                    appropriate safeguards, in accordance with Gabonese law\n                    (sufficient level of protection or contractual measures).\n                <\/p>\n                <p>\n                    If a transfer to a country that does not provide an\n                    adequate level of protection proves necessary,\n                    UNIVGA ensures, as far as possible, that additional\n                    safeguards are put in place, and informs you when required by law.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <h3 class=\"uab-history__subtitle\" id=\"pv-7\">7. Security<\/h3>\n                <p>\n                    UNIVGA implements reasonable technical and\n                    organizational measures&nbsp;: restricted access,\n                    exchanges in HTTPS, role segregation, security\n                    logs, internal instructions. No system being\n                    infallible, UNIVGA cannot guarantee absolute security.\n                    In the event of an incident that may affect your\n                    rights, UNIVGA strives to inform you and, if applicable,\n                    alert the APDPVP within the applicable timeframes.\n                <\/p>\n                <p>\n                    Security also depends on you&nbsp;: do not share\n                    your password, log out on a shared device, and report any suspicious use.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <h3 class=\"uab-history__subtitle\" id=\"pv-8\">8. Retention periods<\/h3>\n                <p>\n                    Data is retained for as long as necessary for\n                    the purposes, then archived or deleted. For your information&nbsp;:\n                <\/p>\n                <ul>\n                    <li><strong>account and schooling<\/strong>&nbsp;: duration of the relationship, then the time necessary for academic proof and claims (grades, copies, diplomas)&nbsp;;<\/li>\n                    <li><strong>accounting documents and payments<\/strong>&nbsp;: legal retention periods for commercial and tax documents&nbsp;;<\/li>\n                    <li><strong>prospecting and newsletter<\/strong>&nbsp;: until consent is withdrawn, opposition, or after a period of inactivity of three years&nbsp;;<\/li>\n                    <li><strong>technical journals<\/strong>&nbsp;: limited duration, unless for security or proof purposes&nbsp;;<\/li>\n                    <li><strong>measurement cookies<\/strong>&nbsp;: up to thirteen months, unless you choose a shorter period.<\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n                <p>\n                    Some information may be retained in an anonymized form for statistical purposes.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <h3 class=\"uab-history__subtitle\" id=\"pv-9\">9. Prospecting<\/h3>\n                <p>\n                    If you consent, or within the limits permitted for individuals already in contact with UNIVGA, we may send you information about our training programs via email, phone, or messaging. Each commercial message includes a simple way for you to opt-out (unsubscribe link or written request).\n                <\/p>\n                <p>\n                    UNIVGA does not share your contact details with external advertisers for their own prospecting.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <h3 class=\"uab-history__subtitle\" id=\"pv-10\">10.
