Le rep\u00e8re des \u00ab 20 secondes \u00bb sert ici d\u2019angle pratique, pas de statistique officielle : les sources consult\u00e9es parlent d\u2019une lecture tr\u00e8s rapide, sans valider ce chiffre pr\u00e9cis.<\/p>\n<p>Pour un \u00e9tudiant, un salari\u00e9 en reprise ou un jeune dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 d\u2019Afrique francophone, l\u2019enjeu n\u2019est donc pas de copier un mod\u00e8le am\u00e9ricain tr\u00e8s market\u00e9. Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 en [intitul\u00e9 officiel], recherche un premier poste en comptabilit\u00e9. Comp\u00e9tences : saisie comptable, Excel, classement de pi\u00e8ces, r\u00e9daction de comptes rendus. \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Ce qu\u2019il faut placer en haut du CV<\/h2>\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res lignes doivent donner une direction. Un CV de d\u00e9butant peut \u00eatre court, mais il ne doit pas \u00eatre vague. Comp\u00e9tences principales : [outil ou technique], [type de mission], [langue ou logiciel utile]. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Exemple 3 : l\u2019exp\u00e9rience courte<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 \u00e9viter :<\/strong> \u00ab Stage dans une entreprise : j\u2019ai aid\u00e9 le service \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plus lisible :<\/strong> \u00ab Stage, service administratif : accueil, classement de dossiers, saisie de donn\u00e9es, r\u00e9daction de comptes rendus, utilisation de [outil]. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Exemple 4 : les comp\u00e9tences<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 \u00e9viter :<\/strong> \u00ab Informatique : bon niveau \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plus lisible :<\/strong> \u00ab Bureautique : Word, Excel ; communication : courriels professionnels, accueil ; r\u00e9daction : comptes rendus. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Exemple 5 : la formation<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 \u00e9viter :<\/strong> \u00ab Bachelor reconnu internationalement \u00bb sans source.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plus lisible :<\/strong> \u00ab [Intitul\u00e9 officiel du dipl\u00f4me], [\u00e9tablissement], [ville\/pays], [ann\u00e9e], niveau indiqu\u00e9 par la source officielle si disponible. \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Dipl\u00f4me, reconnaissance, niveau : ce que le CV ne doit pas exag\u00e9rer<\/h2>\n<p>Dans l\u2019espace de l\u2019Union \u00e9conomique et mon\u00e9taire ouest-africaine (UEMOA), le syst\u00e8me Licence-Master-Doctorat (LMD) situe la licence \u00e0 Bac+3 ou 180 cr\u00e9dits, le master \u00e0 Bac+5 ou 300 cr\u00e9dits, et le doctorat \u00e0 Bac+8 ou 480 cr\u00e9dits. Cette architecture aide \u00e0 lire un parcours, mais elle ne garantit pas l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 ni la reconnaissance d\u2019un programme pr\u00e9cis.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les pays relevant du Conseil africain et malgache pour l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur (CAMES), la v\u00e9rification utile porte sur le dipl\u00f4me ou le programme exact. Le Programme de reconnaissance et d\u2019\u00e9quivalence des dipl\u00f4mes (PRED) ne signifie pas que toutes les offres d\u2019un \u00e9tablissement sont reconnues. En France, le R\u00e9pertoire national des certifications professionnelles (RNCP) permet de v\u00e9rifier certaines certifications professionnelles, mais ce dispositif fran\u00e7ais ne vaut pas automatiquement reconnaissance CAMES ou nationale dans un autre pays.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le CV, la bonne pratique est simple : n\u2019\u00e9crivez \u00ab reconnu \u00bb que si vous pouvez citer l\u2019autorit\u00e9 comp\u00e9tente ou fournir le lien officiel. \u00c0 d\u00e9faut, indiquez l\u2019intitul\u00e9 officiel, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, le pays, l\u2019ann\u00e9e et, si elle est v\u00e9rifiable, la source de reconnaissance.<\/p>\n<h2>Si votre CV est court, pr\u00e9parez la phrase d\u2019entretien<\/h2>\n<p>Un CV de premier poste d\u00e9clenche souvent la m\u00eame question : \u00ab Vous avez peu d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, que pouvez-vous apporter ? \u00bb Une r\u00e9ponse efficace ne s\u2019excuse pas et ne gonfle pas le parcours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Phrase possible :<\/strong> \u00ab Mon exp\u00e9rience est encore courte, mais elle est li\u00e9e au poste : pendant mon stage\/projet, j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 [mission], utilis\u00e9 [outil] et travaill\u00e9 avec [public ou service]. Je peux donc contribuer rapidement sur [t\u00e2che concr\u00e8te de l\u2019offre], tout en continuant \u00e0 apprendre les proc\u00e9dures de votre structure. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2>Vrai ou faux : 4 id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues sur le premier CV<\/h2>\n<div class=\"revue-myths\">\n<div>\n<h3>\u00ab Il faut gonfler son CV quand on manque d\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00bb<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Faux.<\/strong> Les parcours, dipl\u00f4mes, r\u00e9f\u00e9rences et informations d\u00e9clar\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s. Mieux vaut une preuve modeste mais exacte qu\u2019une affirmation inv\u00e9rifiable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>\u00ab Les stages, projets et engagements peuvent compter \u00bb<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Vrai.<\/strong> Ils deviennent utiles s\u2019ils montrent des missions, des outils, une organisation de travail ou des comp\u00e9tences transf\u00e9rables vers l\u2019offre.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>\u00ab Les mots-cl\u00e9s de l\u2019annonce sont utiles \u00bb<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Vrai, avec prudence.<\/strong> France Travail et l\u2019Onisep recommandent d\u2019adapter le CV.
