La Licence Professionnelle en Achats & Approvisionnements d'UNIVGA est un cursus universitaire complet de 3 ans (180 ECTS) qui forme des acheteurs juniors, gestionnaires d'approvisionnements, gestionnaires de stocks et collaborateurs supply chain capables d'intervenir dans une direction des achats d'entreprise privée, dans une cellule de passation de marchés publics ou dans une centrale d'achats.

Designed to meet the critical talent needs of buyers in the mining, oil, construction, distribution, telecommunications, and African public administration sectors (public procurement codes of CEMAC and UEMOA), this training is delivered 100% online. It combines the rigor of a university education in management with the operationality of a buyer or supply chain manager position.

Curriculum pedagogical structure

Year 1 — Fundamentals of management and economics. General economics, management mathematics, OHADA corporate accounting, descriptive statistics, introduction to management, commercial law and contract law, written and oral communication, professional English, advanced office skills (Excel, Word).

Year 2 — Purchasing and supply chain cycle. Purchasing marketing and expenditure analysis, sourcing and qualification of suppliers, benchmarking methods and tendering, applied commercial negotiation, inventory management (Wilson, Kanban, MRP, just-in-time), warehouse and internal flows, private and public procurement OHADA, commercial contract law and incoterms.

Year 3 — Specialization in purchasing and supply chain. Strategic purchasing, project purchasing and large equipment, responsible purchasing and CSR (Sedex, Ecovadis, conflict minerals), e-procurement and platforms (Coupa, SAP Ariba, JD Edwards), AI and data applied to purchasing (categorization, price prediction), supplier risk management and supply continuity, purchasing performance and reporting. The program concludes with a supervised professional thesis, presented orally via videoconference before an academic jury.
