Can I pay in installments?
Yes, some degree programs offer monthly payments. The first payment (enrollment + 1st monthly installment) is due upon enrollment, and then automatically each month.
My country is not on the Mobile Money list, what should I do?
Use a Visa/Mastercard credit card, PayPal, Western Union, or MoneyGram. These methods are available worldwide. Contact us if you need assistance.
How long does it take to validate a Mobile Money payment?
Validation is instantaneous for Airtel Money, Moov Money, and most MTN/Orange operators. In case of a delay, your access will be activated upon receipt of confirmation from the operator.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes, an official receipt is automatically sent to you by email after each validated payment. You can also download it from your UNIVGA personal space.
What currency is used?
Mobile Money payments in Gabon are in CFA Franc (XAF). Card or PayPal payments can be made in multiple currencies – conversion is done automatically if necessary.
