About Course

Career opportunities after a Master's in Political Science are varied, including careers in the public sector (national and international administrations, non-governmental organizations), the private sector (companies, consulting firms), as well as in academia and research. Graduates can hold positions such as political analyst, public policy consultant, project officer in international organizations, specialized journalist, or researcher-teacher. The versatility of the training also allows for orientation towards careers in political communication, lobbying, or diplomacy.

To enter a Master's in Political Science, candidates generally must hold a Bac+3 level degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in a field related to social sciences (political science, law, economics, history, sociology). Selection criteria may include a strong academic record, a motivation letter, letters of recommendation, and sometimes an interview. A good command of English or other foreign languages is often required, especially for programs with an international dimension. Desired skills include analytical and synthesis abilities, intellectual curiosity about political and social issues, as well as the ability to argue and debate constructively.
