I find that online training allows me to manage my time well and learn at my own pace. I can organize my days according to my needs, which is very convenient. What motivates me daily is the freedom this format offers, the ability to learn from home, and to see my progress each day. I also enjoy using digital tools with my online instructor, Mr. Hervé Patrick GOMA MANIONGUI. Regarding suggestions and improvements to make my journey smoother and more motivating, I would say that during my first semester 7 training this year, 2025, in a professional diplomatic Master's program, I received help from my aforementioned professor and the administration. My instructor explains the lessons well and answers my questions. He is available to help me, gives me useful examples and assignments. Thanks to him, I understand the courses better. The administration also gave me good information, responds quickly to my requests, and helps me solve my problems. Therefore, I feel well supported during my training by the professor and the administrative department. My rating for the services UNIVGA provides me is 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you very much for our exchanges, we are in this together. Sincerely, thank you.
