The Professional License in Marketing & Sales at UNIVGA is a comprehensive 3-year university program (180 ECTS) that trains professionals capable of managing a complete marketing approach and leading a sales force. The program covers marketing fundamentals, market research, marketing mix, sales techniques, negotiation, distribution, commercial management, and business strategy.

Curriculum pedagogical structure

Year 1 — Marketing and Economic Fundamentals. Fundamental marketing, consumer behavior, general economics, OHADA accounting, financial mathematics, descriptive statistics, business English, professional office skills, OHADA commercial law.

Year 2 — Marketing-Sales Deepening. Qualitative and quantitative market research, applied marketing mix, B2C and B2B sales techniques, commercial negotiation, distribution and trade marketing, merchandising, commercial communication, advanced business English.

Year 3 — Specialization in operational marketing and commercial management. Marketing strategy and category management, key account management (KAM), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), managing a sales team, sales animation and incentives, commercial business plan, AI applied to marketing and sales. The program concludes with a supervised professional thesis, presented orally via videoconference before an academic jury.
