About Course

The University Diploma of Technology (DUT) in International Business Law is a two-year program aimed at preparing students for the legal aspects of international trade. This program combines teachings in business law, international law, economics, and management, thus offering a comprehensive understanding of global regulations and business practices. Students develop skills in negotiation, drafting international contracts, and managing cross-border disputes.

The curriculum includes theoretical and practical courses, such as internships, simulations of international negotiations, and case studies. Students can also benefit from international exchange opportunities to gain direct experience of the legal systems and business practices of other countries. To be admitted, a good command of foreign languages, particularly English, is often required, as well as a strong interest in law and international business.

Career prospects after a DUT in International Business Law are varied and promising. Graduates can consider careers in law firms specializing in international trade, legal departments of multinational companies, international organizations, or government agencies. Positions such as international trade advisor, regulatory compliance specialist, international contract negotiator, or lawyer specializing in international intellectual property are accessible.
