Year 3 — Specialization in operational marketing and commercial management. Marketing strategy and category management, key account management (KAM), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), managing a sales team, sales animation and incentives, commercial business plan, AI applied to marketing and sales. The program concludes with a supervised professional thesis, presented orally via videoconference before an academic jury.
