They are enforceable upon validation of a pre-registration, a cart, or a payment. The Platform terms of use govern the use of the campus; they complement these General Terms and Conditions without replacing them.
4. Description of the service
The Service is described in the Training sheet. Depending on the courses, it may include, indivisibly:
4.1 Courses and resources
Digital content (lessons, readings, videos, manuals, case studies), accessible 24 h/24 via the Platform, and, if applicable, video conferencing sessions.
4.2 Assessments
Quizzes, assignments, projects, theses, oral exams or tests, according to the schedule and the academic regulations applicable to the program.

4.5 Certificates and Attestations
Depending on the programs, UNIVGA issues a certificate, a training completion attestation, or a diploma, either independently or as part of a partnership. The nature of the title is indicated on the Sheet. Obtaining it is never automatic: it requires meeting prerequisites, assessments, and financial obligations.
Any prerequisites (level of education, documents, experience) are mentioned before ordering. Conditional admission may be offered pending documents; the absence of these documents may prevent registration for an exam or the issuance of the title, without granting a right to a full refund.
5. Formation of the Contract
The contract is formed when UNIVGA confirms the Registration, after receiving the requested information and, if applicable, the payment of the due fees (or the agreement of a Financier). UNIVGA may refuse, suspend, or cancel a registration in case of inaccurate information, missing documents, fraud, non-payment, or reached capacity.
You guarantee the accuracy of the information provided (identity, contact details, program). Any falsification may result in the cancellation of the registration, without prejudice to other disciplinary or legal measures.
6. Duration and Access
The pedagogical duration (semesters, modules, deadlines) is indicated on the Sheet. Access to the Platform is open for the validated registration period, subject to the payment of due fees. Unless otherwise stated, access is not transferable to a third party.

7. Price
Prices are indicated on the Sheet, in CFA francs (FCFA) or, if applicable, in another displayed currency. They may distinguish registration fees, tuition, manuals, catch-up sessions, or options. Any promotional offer is time-limited and subject to published conditions.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering. UNIVGA may modify its rates for the future; a registration already confirmed is not affected, except for a new option requested by the Learner.

UNIVGA will examine the request in light of the applicable law to your situation.
