Partnership between UNIVGA and the National Employment Office (ONE)

As part of its missions, THE FUND contributes to the fight against unemployment by implementing specific training internships aimed at the improvement or retraining of members of the target audiences, depending on available or potential job opportunities;

THE UNIVGA GROUP, a civic-minded company, is committed to establishing a partnership with THE FUND aimed at providing training to individuals registered with the National Employment Office (ONE), hereinafter referred to as the "beneficiaries";

• At the end of the discussions undertaken between the Parties, they agreed to define in thise Framework Partnership Agreement "Youth Apprenticeship" (hereinafter referred to as thee "Framework Partnership Agreement") the terms and conditions of their partnership;
• The decree 0282/MTEFTPIJ of November 2, 2016, in its article 2, stipulates that any framework partnership agreement concluded between an employer and the Fund for Assistance in Insertion and Professional Reintegration for the improvement of the employability of Gabonese youth aged between 16 and 35 years is executed in the form of a contract called "Youth Apprenticeship Contract."
