Dr. Antoine has various qualifications. He holds a PhD in international entrepreneurship, a Master's in Strategic and Operational Management, a Master's in Human Resource Management, and a Master's in Marketing: Negotiations and Sales Team Management. He is a reviewer for international journals. He has been running his audit firm ELAN CONSUL since 2012. The firm was established in 2011 and is accredited by the Order of Professional Accountants of Burundi. The firm offers capacity-building training (www.elan-consult.com).
