Renewal of Responsibility of Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar as Secretary General of CINVU

The responsibility of Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar as Secretary General of CINVU has been extended for four years.

According to the CINVU Public Relations Report, the Iranian Deputy Minister of MSRT has extended Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar's responsibility for leading CINVU, which is considered the academic arm of COMSTECH and OCI, based on paragraph 3 of article 10 of the constitution of this international organization.

Najafi Barzegar completed his postdoctoral studies in history at Jawaharlal Nehru University in India. His responsibilities over the past few years include Assistant to the Cultural, Social and Student Department of Payame Noor University of Iran, International Assistant of ICRO of Iran, Cultural Advisor to the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in India, member of the executive council for recruiting faculty members of MSRT of Iran, etc.

Among the achievements of CINVU since the beginning of his management period until now, we can mention the drafting of the statute and the work regulations similar to the executive committee's settlement instrument and the overall cooperation regulations, the initiation of the process of recruiting members from universities, institutes, scientific and technological accelerators, and knowledge-based companies, creating smart infrastructures, especially various systems for education, research, and evaluation, compiling databases, international accreditation of educational certificates and documents, etc.

It is worth mentioning that CINVU is one of the Networks affiliated with "COMSTECH", the Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This International Organization is a knowledge and capability hub, striving to expand public higher education based on smart technology with the aim of justice, deepening and reliability of knowledge and thought, and education, research, cultural empowerment, and skills of the Islamic World.
