The expansion of the educational, scientific, and technological capacities of the Afghan people was discussed during the meeting of the Secretary General of CINVU with the President of Gawharshad University.
According to the CINVU Public Relations Report, Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, during this meeting, referring to the capacities, communications, and educational, scientific, and technological capabilities of the CINVU international organization, stated: with members from over 130 universities, scientific institutions, educational and higher education establishments, and knowledge-based companies, this network is ready to assist and empower scientists and educators in Afghanistan.
Dr. Ali Karimi Morid, Deputy for Strategic Executive Affairs and Head of the Permanent Secretariat of CINVU also participated in this joint meeting, stating that accelerating the promotion of educational justice, research and technology, and reducing the digital divide in Islamic countries is one of the special tasks of CINVU, he stated: the expansion of educational infrastructure and scientific updating is one of the priorities of the CINVU international organization's cooperation with Gawharshad University of Afghanistan, this system will be based on information technology.
Dr. Mohammad Ali Ekhlasi, President of Gawharshad University of Afghanistan, also participated in this meeting, stating that Gawharshad University of Afghanistan was established with the idea of expanding scientific thinking, training a qualified workforce, and helping to rebuild the Afghan country, he stated: this university has planned and implemented various teaching and research programs under the supervision of ten prominent scientific figures from Afghanistan and in addition to a decade of its activity, it has been able to establish its scientific position by creating necessary academic fields for society and scientific cooperation with international organizations and national and foreign universities.
He also announced that he was ready to leverage the capacity for faculty exchange and export scientific and technological products to Afghanistan and emphasized: with the cooperation of the CINVU international organization, we are trying to benefit the Afghan people from online education capabilities, and furthermore, we will monitor the use by students of the educational capacities of CINVU member universities.
