The University of Medical Sciences of North Khorasan is the New Member of CINVU

In accordance with the Expansion of Scientific, Educational, Health, and Medical Cooperation, the University of Medical Sciences of North Khorasan, by accepting the Membership Certificate of CINVU and concluding a Memorandum of Understanding, has joined the large family of this international scientific and academic organization.

According to the CINVU Public Relations Report, Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, in this event, referring to the capabilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the field of medical sciences, emphasized the necessity of utilizing these academic capabilities in accordance with the national and international commercialization of science and knowledge and the expansion of scientific diplomacy.

Dr. Javad Shahinfar, Director of the University of Medical Sciences of North Khorasan, also described the strategy of this university consisting of using international attachments and utilizing all capabilities to strengthen health scientific diplomacy and considered the membership of the University of Medical Sciences of North Khorasan in CINVU as one of its capabilities that will utilize the scientific achievements of other countries and share national scientific progress with countries of the Islamic world.

The University of Medical Sciences of North Khorasan is one of the leading health and medical universities in Iran, which has a faculty of medicine, a faculty of health, a faculty of paramedicine, a faculty of nursing, a faculty of dentistry, and several research centers, hospitals, clinics, and health centers.

It is worth mentioning that CINVU is one of the Networks affiliated with – COMSTECH – the Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This International Organization is a knowledge and capability hub, striving to expand public higher education based on smart technology with the aim of justice, deepening and reliability of knowledge and thought, and education, research, cultural empowerment, and skills of the Islamic World.
