Thank you to the ORAGEU (African Order of Grandes Écoles and Universities) for this wonderful article on the Private Virtual University of Gabon
“The Private Virtual University of Gabon focuses on the development of distance learning. Indeed, distance learning is currently the means used to mitigate the effects of the health crisis that has severely impacted all sectors, including education, without borders or policies.”
The question is not whether this mode of education will replace face-to-face training or allow anyone to pursue education. No, the real issue is how to integrate distance learning into our existing modes while preserving what has always proven effective in face-to-face education.
We have, by necessity, to master how this particular mode of education is implemented, used, by whom, and why.
The Private Virtual University of Gabon has set itself the main objective of ensuring coexistence between training modes adapted to the needs of each stage of the curriculum. Without claiming anything other than reconciling educational objectives and the proper integration of knowledge by learners.”
