The question is not whether this mode of education will replace face-to-face training or allow anyone to pursue education. No, the real issue is how to integrate distance learning into our existing modes while preserving what has always proven effective in face-to-face education.
We have, by necessity, to master how this particular mode of education is implemented, used, by whom, and why.
