The Virtual University of Medical Sciences (VUMS) is the first and only university specialized in online learning and new technologies in the field of medical sciences in Iran. The Virtual University of Medical Sciences was established in 2016 in alliance with the policies of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education. Its mission is to develop and enhance online learning in medical sciences and related infrastructures in Iranian medical universities.

Afin de promouvoir la coopération mutuelle, ????’????????????????????????????????????????́ ???????????????????????????????????? ???????? ???????????????????? ???????? ????’????????????????????????????????????????́ ???????????????????????????????????? ???????????? ???????????????????????????????? ????????́???????????????????????????? conviennent de coopérer sur les points suivants, dans la limite des réglementations et des installations de chaque pays pour les domaines des sciences de la santé :

1) Promotion of joint research work, including the exchange of professors and researchers.

2) Development of student exchange programs and organization of programs delivering dual degrees in accordance with the legislation of both countries after approval from the Gabonese Council of Higher Education and the Iranian Ministry of Health.

3) Exchange of university research data and related materials.

4) Cooperation in publishing activities or cultural activities.

5) Organization of joint academic and scientific activities such as conferences, seminars, colloquia, and congresses.
